Ben Garcia maintains a general practice, representing people and companies in matters ranging from contract disputes and estate planning to criminal defense and personal injury cases. Ben’s criminal practices includes representation in federal criminal cases, drug cases, DWIs, assault cases, and virtually any felony or misdemeanor, in state or federal court. In addition to representing persons accused of new crimes, he has experience in parole revocations and probation revocations. Ben is very passionate about his criminal cases and strongly believes that lawyers must defend the U.S. and Texas Constitutions, on behalf of their clients, to prevent constant government overreach, such as illegal searches and seizures. Ben also maintains an estate planning practice, helping clients plan for the distribution of their assets following their death and seeking to minimize estate taxes.
Ben has represented clients in matters ranging from allegations of first degree murder to class c minor in possession of alcohol, and nearly everything between. He has also assisted clients in multi-million dollar estate plans, federal litigation, construction contract disputes, and estate and probate disputes. Ben is at home in the courtroom and is always ready to take a case all the way to trial, if necessary.
